Charbaq-Villa

This project is in the Chaar-Baq area, Kurdan, Alborz province, and its land area are about 1761.26 square meters. One of the features of the site is that it has no topography and is flat. In addition, the project is located on-site which has a neighborhood on three sides and faces the street on the other side. One of the good features of this location is the wide streets that increase accessibility. In addition, all the lands in this area have been separated approximately with dimensions of one centimeter, which has caused a balanced building density.
About the concept, The client requests to build a villa with the ability to become a place for family weekend hangouts. But one of the limitations of the design process is the major issue of the municipality and its rules; In this way, it is not allowed to build more than one floor on this site. So, on the one hand, we cannot construct a duplex/triplex villa, and on the other hand, we are not satisfied with designing and building just a one-story building, so as not to see a decrease in spatial diversity. Therefore, considering these limitations, our architectural firm decided to move underground instead of going up. Because of this technique, we can add a new advantage to the project in addition to being responsive. This significant advantage is privacy, which limits the visibility of the project and allows us to place the pool in the area. Also, due to the lack of a spectacular view on the site, we decided to define the view and landscape artificially by designing the project in an introverted way and turning it into a family and safe place for hangout. We want the building to be a cozy place for its residents and settle on the site without any claims. In other words, it is consistent with the content. So, the other spaces will find their identity according to the main concept and are placed in the building step by step.
